Russian vice prime minister presents bill on establishment of space corporation

Russian Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has presented a bill on establishment of the Roscosmos State Corporation, the second stage of reforming the rocket industry and its recovery from the crisis, TASS reports.

He said that returning Russia's status of a leading space country was a matter of honour.
