GDP in Armenia for 2010 reaches 2.8%

The level of GDP in Armenia in January-September 2010 reached 2.8% compared with the same period last year, News Armenia reports, citing the National Statistics Service of Armenia. The GDP is $6.6 billion.


Consumer prices in January-September rose by 7.8%, compared with 2009. But it rose by 4.7% compared with December 2009.
The prices for industrial products in Armenia rose by 25.9% compared with the same period in 2009. The country produced products worth $1.606 billion, an increase of 10.9% compared with 2009.


Armenian foreign trade in January-September  reached $3.383 billion, rising by 23.6% compared with the same period in 2009.
The GDP level in Armenia for 2010 is projected to be 1.2%.
