Chechen leader calls on compatriots to behave properly

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has scolded his compatriots on Instagram for discussing the scandalous marriage of Nazhud Guchigova and Luiza Goylabiyeva on WhatsApp, RIA Novosti reports.

46 year-old Nazhud Guchigov, the police chief of Chechnya's Nozhay-Yurtovsky District, married 17 year-old Luiza Goylabiyeva on May 16.
