Kremlin will not raise topic of abortions

The Russian President's spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said that the Kremlin will not speculate on the topic of abortions, referring to a bill excluding abortions from the system of compulsory medical insurance, TASS reports.

He added that questions regarding abortions should either be addressed to the parliament or experts.
