European commissioner says Baku and Yerevan should try new settlement methods

The European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, said in Riga today that Azerbaijan and Armenia should try new methods of settling the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, for example, the transboundary cooperation in the Balkans, Trend reports.
