Saakashvili: Georgian authorities are indifferent to visa-free visits to Europe

He reminded that his executives had made over the first stage of the visa negotiation process and reached an agreement enabling Georgians to visit Europe using diplomatic and service passports, RIA Novosti reports.
Saakashvili is serving as an advisor of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko. He has arrived in Riga to attend a forum organized by the European People's Party preceding a summit of the Eastern Partnership.
