One of attackers on Chechen parliament identified

One of the terrorists who attacked the Chechen parliament on Tuesday has been identified. He is a 22-year old resident of the republic, Muslim Chichkanov, RIA Novosti reports, citing the head of the Chechen Interior Ministry, Ruslan Alkhanov.
Chichkanov has been a member of terrorist gangs since the end of 2009, the Interior Ministry head said. The other attackers are being identified, the minister added.
