Azerbaijani lawmaker Askerov accuses EU of dual standards

Ziyafet Askerov, the first vice speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament, said today that the EU was demonstrating disrespect towards territorial integrity of Azerbaijan at the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga. In his words, the European Union follows dual standards in relations with Azerbaijan.
