Teenager crushed by concrete panel in Chechnya

A 15-year-old teenager in Grozny has been crushed by a concrete wall while trying to get photographed. He climbed a concrete wall around a land lot, only to be crushed by the panel. The police are searching for the owner of the plot of land who built the wall, TASS reports.
