Budget money for Kuban

The Russian government has apportioned 527 million rubles to the Krasnodar region to help deal with the aftermath of recent floods, RIA Novosti reports.
"To give money to the budget of the Krasnodar region from the budget to liquidate the aftermath of flooding in the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar region in October, 2010", the statement said.
