Slovenia and Georgia to discuss cooperation

The Prime Minister of Slovenia, Miro Cerar, at a meeting in Riga with his Georgian counterpart Irakli Garibashvili said that Slovenia supports Georgia in the process of visa liberalization.

 

Cerar invited Garibashvili to officially visit to Slovenia and took the initiative to hold a joint business forum with the aim of deepening trade and economic relations between the two countries.

 

For his part, the Prime Minister of Georgia thanked Cerar for the ratification of the Association Agreement with the European Union, and the implementation of the legislative body of Slovenia on May 13, Georgia Online reports.

 

The sides paid great attention to  development of bilateral cooperation in the political, economic and cultural spheres. Georgian Prime Minister invited his colleague to the Silk Road Forum, which will be held in Tbilisi in October this year.
