Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline construction may start next year

Turkey plans to start construction of the oil pipeline Samsun-Ceyhan in the second half of 2011, the prime-minister of Turkey Taner Recep said, RIA Novosti reports.
The capacity of the pipeline will be of 50 million tons of oil. At least half of it will be from Russia.
