Polad Bulbuloglu becomes Knight of the Order of Merit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded Polad Bulbuloglu, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Russia, the Order of Merit for his contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan.

In 2006, Polad Bulbuloglu was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia. All the events, festivals and exhibitions are held with his assistance. They are aimed at strengthening ties between the countries.

The team of the IAA Vestnik Kavkaza congratulates Polad Bulbuloglu on the worthy assessment of his merits and receiving such a high award.
