Elmar Mammadyarov lays wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier

A diplomatic delegation of Azerbaijan led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmar Mammadyarov, has started an official part of the visit to Russia today with a visit to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden.

As the correspondent of the Vestnik Kavkaza reported, Elmar Mammadyarov, accompanied by the members of the delegation, laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
