Stavropol Territory saves millions of rubles on redundant functionaries

Stavropol Territory has 142 vacant executive posts and 351 vacant state posts, saving the budget 4.6 million rubles a week. Governors were ordered in early 2015 to limit premium sums until June, TASS reports.
