MP candidate attacked in Adana

Main opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) deputy candidate Elif Doğan Türkmen was wounded in a restaurant in the southern Turkish province of Adana.

Türkmen suffered a bullet wound to her leg and was hospitalized. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
