Azerbaijan receives congratulations on Azerbaijani Republic Day

Azerbaijan will celebrate Azerbaijani Republic Day on May 28.

Thanks to wise policy, today Azerbaijan has become an important center of power and attraction in the region," 1news.az cited Erdogan's message as saying.The Turkish leader said that relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey have reached their highest level. "The deepening of our relations, both on bilateral and international platforms, makes our countries stronger in all areas. I am confident that our next steps based on common goals will raise bilateral relations to a higher level that will benefit our brotherly nations," the president said."The frequent mutual visits as an indicator of the special nature of our relations contribute to the development and deepening of relations between our countries at all levels. From this point of view, I am delighted that I will once again visit your fascinating country in June in connection with the first European Games to be held in Baku," he concluded.US President Barack Obama reminded about US support for Azerbaijan in a letter of congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev."We do so because we value our bilateral relationship and appreciate our partnership in many areas, including in promoting a peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, stability in Afghanistan, and European energy diversification," the message reads."The ensuring all citizens' fundamental freedoms will enhance both our countries' security and allow for even closer coordination between our governments," Obama noted.President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko also congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on the Azerbaijani Republic Day."Please accept my sincere congratulations on the national holiday - Republic Day. Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on this occasion. “I extend my cordial congratulations to you on the occasion of Azerbaijani Republic Day. Your country is confidently moving forward on the path of socio-economic, scientific, technological and cultural development. Azerbaijan's prestige in the international arena is also growing,” Trend cited the message.

Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud congratulated the people of Azerbaijan and its President Ilham Aliyev. "Peace be unto you and so may the mercy of Allah and His blessings. On behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and on my own behalf, I extend to Your Excellency warmest congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of your country. I wish you robust health and happiness, and the brotherly people of Azerbaijan lasting development and prosperity," AzerTAc cited the message.
