Russian envoy says NATO is responsible for crisis in Ukraine

Russian Permanent Representative to NATO Alexander Grushko said that the Alliance's role in Ukraine was negative. NATO, according to the diplomat, calls Russia a subject involved in the conflict, while encouraging Kiev to use force, Gazeta.ru reports.

In the representative's words, the Alliance's rhetoric does not give a real reflection of the events.
