Elmar Mammadyarov: "Cooperation with regions cementing relations between Russia and Azerbaijan"

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov at a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov said that the deepening relationship between the two countries at a regional level contributes to the further strengthening of relations between the states.
