US wants to see rationality in Russia's foreign policy

US Vice President Joe Biden said that his country was hoping to see more rationalism in Russian President Vladimir Putin's foreign policy, Gazeta.ru reports.

The US vice president had earlier warned about moderation of Russia's aggression.
