Russia and USA have no secret START agreements

There are no secret agreements between Russia and the USA within the new  START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) agreement, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov said today, RIA Novosti reports.

The deal was signed on April 8, 2010 in Prague by the presidents of Russia and the USA, Dmitry Medvedev and Barack Obama. The document involves the mass reduction of strategic offensive arms.
