Pyatigorsk resident plants bomb in friend's car

According to the administration of Stavropol Territory, a criminal case has been started against a man in Pyatigorsk who placed a homemade bomb in the car of his friend.

"On Saturday, a man called the police and said that somebody was trying to put a bomb in his car. Bomb-disposal experts arrived, found and defused the bomb,’’ RIA Novosti reports.

Police arrested the suspect. According to preliminary information, he commited the crime because of a personal dislike, but the police are working on the version of a promissory note.
