Zurab Chiaberashvili replaces Zurab Japaridze

Former representative of Georgia to the Council of Europe Zurab Chiaberashvili has been appointed as acting Executive Secretary of the United National Movement, replacing Zurab Japaridze who left the party 

Chiaberashvili said that he would remain in office for three weeks, until the elections for the Executive Secretary of the party are held 

"I think that there are a lot of people among us who joined the party on October 1, 2012 and who, with our help, with the support of the old and experienced members of the party, will lead the cause. And the important issue  now is not status, but to finish the regime of Ivanishvili with uncompromising constitutional struggle," Georgia Online quotes him as saying.
