First Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Mikhail Sheremet stated that the Crimean authorities, including the police and rescue departments, are in full readiness in case of emergencies due to heavy rainfall. "In any case we are in full readiness. Today Head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov held a meeting in the morning. It is the second day we are on duties in the headquarters, because the Hydrometeorological Center informed that the weather is not favorable, that is why we are keeping our finger on the pulse," he added. According to Sheremet, the situation in all the reservoirs of the republic is being monitored. "I monitor all the water reservoirs and report on the situation to the head of the republic every hour. Everything is stable. There are no threats,’’ RIA Novosti cites him.
