EAEU is not a reincarnation of the USSR, Sergey Mikheyev says

In late May, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev participated in meetings of the Council of CIS Heads of Governments and the Eurasian intergovernmental council. According to political analyst Sergey Mikheyev, the events show that the EAEU is a real  functional structure.
