OSCE condemns attack on office of Committee against Tortures in Chechnya

Isabel Santos, the head of the OSCE PA Committee for Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions, has condemned the attack on the office of the Committee against Tortures in Grozny yesterday and urged the government to punish the people responsible.
