Today the head of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Alexey Ulyukayev, who is currently on a working visit to Voronezh, noted that Russia needs to invest not only in imports phase-out, but also in export-oriented industries.

‘‘Obvious things have changed, we have very different exchange ratios. We have other costs, that is why we need to invest in imports phase-out and export production. They are two sides of the same coin," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
