According to Iranian Minister of Oil Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, since the beginning of the Russian-Iranian 'oil-for-goods' barter scheme Kazakhstan and Belarus will be able to purchase Iranian oil through the Russian Federation.

"Kazakhstan and Belarus will be able to buy oil from Russia, because they are members of the Eurasian Economic Union,’’ Tass cites him as saying.

The minister noted that the supplies will be less than 500 thousand barrels a day.
