G7 can turn into G12 or G14

Helmut Schmidt, the former German Chancellor, has proposed adding several countries to the current summit of the G7.

He pointed out the necessity of Russia's participation in the G7. Schmidt also noted that, in addition to the Russian Federation, at least China and India should be involved in the summit.
