Sochi hosts Kinotavr film festival

The 26th Kinotavr film festival has kicked off in the Winter Theater of Sochi.

“Your festival has earned a deserved reputation as one of the most memorable and influential creative forums and major events in the cultural life of Russia and other countries. I am sure that this year’s Kinotavr will delight participants and viewers with a full and diverse program, and will help to develop Russia’s film industry and bring Russian films to screens around the world,” the Acting Governor of Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, cited Vladimir Putin's message.
