Russian state insurance agency fined for obstructiveness

The North Ossetian office of the Rosgossrakh state insurance agency has been fined 650,000 rubles for obstructiveness. Its employees refused to issue compulsory third-party car insurance to a client without signing a life insurance deal with RGS-Fortuna Avto, Interfax reports.
