Minister Ulyukayev: red tape remains one of Russia's biggest problems

Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev said that corruption was one of the main problems for Russian economy, social stability and political development, RIA Novosti reports.

The minister expressed faith in Russian President Vladimir Putin's transparency in declaring income.
