Russian foreign minister accuses Kiev of evading responsibilities

Russian Foreign Sergey Lavrov said in a telephone conversation with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier that Kiev was trying to evade its commitments to the Minsk-2 Agreement by refusing to hold a direct dialogue with Donbas, realize constitutional reforms, or end the socio-economic blockade of the area, RIA Novosti reports.The foreign ministers agreed to resume negotiations after another round talks between the deputy foreign ministers of the Normandy Four in Paris on June 10.
