Manhole cover thieves caught in Sochi

Two people suspected of stealing manhole covers in the Lazarevsky District of Sochi have been caught. The police checked city surveillance cameras and identified the thieves as a 32-year-old resident of the Rostov Oblast and a 40-year-old native of Udmurtia, Yuga.ru reports.

The have pleaded guilty and said that they had been drunk while committing the crimes. They may be sentenced for theft.
