Activity on the Armenian-Azerbaijani talks has decreased

Chief executive of LINKS British NGO Dennis Sammut appreciates the meeting of presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia on the regulation of Nagorno Karabakh issue on October 27, Times.am cites Azerbaijani APA.

According to Mr. Sammut an activity on the talks is decreasing gradually. “There is a regret on the not getting of serious progress on Nagorno Karabakh issue at last two years. An opinion has already been created on the stopping of talks. May be the reason for this is the changing of co-chairs of Minsk Group. I think, it’s time to activate the negotiation process”, said the British expert.
