Russian president appoints police chief for Stavropol Territory

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has replaced Lieutenant General of
police Nikolay Goncharov with Lieutenant General Alexander Borovoy as
the head of the Main Police Department in Stavropol Territory, the
Kremlin website reports.
