State Duma holds meeting in Sochi

An inter-factional Duma working group on improving the legislation of
the 2014 Olympic Games has held a meeting in Sochi. State Duma
deputies visited the mountain cluster where the upcoming Olympics will
be held, YuGA reports.

"Today part of our trip is dedicated to the mountain cluster, everyone
has an extraordinary first impression, almost a year ago there was
nothing here," – a deputy chairman of the State Duma Svetlana Zhurova
said.

She also noted that, during the meeting, the group will consider a
number of amendments related to the organization and conduct of the
Olympic Games.
