Elbrus sanatorium to be privatized in Kabardino-Balkaria

The Kabardino-Balkaria authorities have decided to take bids for the Elbrus sanatorium.

It is located in the resort area of Nalchik. The building area is 290 square meters. Along with the sanatorium, a land area of 3057 square meters has been submitted in the auction.

The starting price at the auction will be 91,895,428 rubles (excluding VAT),  Interfax reports.
