Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev said that the Central Bank should lower the key rate more aggressively. He emphasized that the drop of the key rate from 12.5% to 11.5% was 'moderately satisfying'. In his opinion, the Central Bank is on the right track, Gazeta.ru reports.
