How to fight spread of extremist propaganda?

The President of the International Association of Veterans of the Alfa Anti-terror Unit, Sergey Goncharov, commented on the recent prevention of 13 citizens of Azerbaijan and Russia joining the IS group, among them a student Varvara Karaulov from Moscow.
