Hungary appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

Imre Laszloczki will represent Hungary in Azerbaijan. Laszloczki, who was born in 1961, is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and the Institute of International Relations 'Clingendael'.

He held his diplomatic career in the Hungarian Foreign Ministry from the post of assistant to the general director of one of the departments of the ministry. He worked in diplomatic missions of Hungary in Kuwait, Morocco, Libya and was the ambassador to Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

He will head the Hungarian embassy in Azerbaijan from September. He will replace Zsolt Csutora, whose diplomatic mission ended in May, Trend reports.
