African student bets he can tame tiger in Tbilisi

An African student made a bet with Tbilisi police officers that he will tame a tiger that escaped. One worker has already been injured by the tiger. The student said he needed only three minutes to put the tiger to sleep, Georgia Online reports.

The police declined to allow him to deal with the tiger, even after he offered a thousand-dollar bet.
