Grozny circus to reopen

The Chechen authorities plan to build the "most advanced and beautiful
Russian circus" in Grozny, and expect it to become a rival to the
European Disneyland, Gazeta.ru reports, citing a statement by the
Chechen government.

Aide to the Chechen leader Huseyn Kadyrov said that "restoring the
circus is a matter of national honor".
