Khloponin to develop Kavminvody infrastructure

Presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District (NCFD), Alexander Khloponin, voiced his projects for the Kavminvody region development,  Interfax reports.

According to the "Kavminvogskaya agglomeration" project, apart from energy and water supply system, special attention is to be paid to the transport system.

A plan of land property relations negotiations in Kabardino-Balkaria is already approved and signed.

Khloponin also expressed his discontent with the absence of a common standard for history school textbooks in NCFD republics. According to him, some of them may stir up inter-ethnic and religious hatred.
