Russian minister of sports: government must not dictate sports clubs how to spend money of state com

Russian Minister of Sport Vitaly Mutko said today that the government must not dictate how sports clubs should use money sponsored by state companies, TASS reports.

The government should set the rules for use of the funds, according to the minister. Mutko added that the government will not quit elite sport in the next 5-6 years.
