Russia's decision to withdraw from the contract with Georgia on mutual extradition of criminals is not constructive, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia David Dondua stated.

"I cannot see why it is necessary, this decision of Russia. When one side unilaterally withdraws from such an agreement, it is not constructive action between the two countries," Georgia Online quotes Dondua as saying.
