German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that there are serious obstacles in the negotiations on Iran's nuclear program and the last steps will be the most difficult.

"We have not yet reached a final outcome, there are small and big obstacles which must be eliminated," he stressed, adding that there are obstacles the sides were trying to remove and the last steps toward an agreement will be the most difficult.

"All sides are seriously working and taking all the steps that are required," RIA Novosti cited the German Foreign Minister as saying.
