The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will be held without Russia

Today the summer session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE opens in Helsinki. Deputies of Russia will not go to the capital of Finland.

The session will be held from July 5 to 9, reports and draft resolutions with criticism of Russia's actions will also be heard there.
