Aleksey Ovchinnikov: BRICS is working for prospects

The Deputy Director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Alexey Ovchinnikov, spoke about the youth dimension of BRICS as a new area of ​​cooperation in the context of the association. Within the framework of its presidency of the association of BRICS, Russia is launching the "youth dimension" cooperation of the five largest countries in the world.
