Tefft: I haven't heard anything about new sanctions against Russia

US Ambassador to Russia John Tefft has not confirmed the information about new sanctions against Russia.

"I have not heard anything about the introduction of new sanctions against Russia. But I can say that the current sanctions will remain until the end of the year," he said.

Washington began to impose sanctions against Moscow in connection with the events in Ukraine.Currently, the US sanctions list includes 87 names, 49 Russian companies, banks and organizations, as well as the DPR and the LPR, TASS reports.
